Scrapbook Resort
Do pack your own water bottle to refill or closed cup, so you don't spill on your scrapbook supplies.
Don't forget to pack a camera to take photos of your fun getaway - you're a scrapper after all!
Do ask your resort hostess if it's okay to bring your own bottles of wine. Perhaps everyone could bring a different kind to try out new varieties.
Don't forget a corkscrew, if your hostess doesn't have one for you to use.
Do pack comfortable clothes to wear all day.
Do pack your swimsuit for the hot tub or swimming pool if they have one.
Don't be afraid to put on your MP3 player so you can focus on rockin' out some scrapbook pages. Sometimes when you're on a roll, go with it!
Do take a break when you need to step back from scrapping. Enjoy a walk around, take a cat nap, or grab a snack. It will help you to rejuvenate and stay creative.
Do put your cell phone on silent - to be courteous of others and to yourself! People can still get a hold of you in case of emergencies, but it's time for you to relax and get away from it all. Enjoy it!
Do get prepared ahead of time and bring specific projects to work on, plus extras to work on. You'll be more organized when choosing supplies come packing time.
Do suggest a theme. Have fun! It could be a Pajama Party or Back to the 80's. The photos will be fantastic! Take it a step further ... perhaps Striped Pajama Party or Purple Pajama Party.
